Since 1978 in
Women Movement of Good skills in
organization of conducting different trainings, seminars, presentations,
round tables and conferences, as well as International ones. In 2003 presented
a report: “Economic tools as preventing factor of women trafficking”
organized by Winrock Int. in Many publications
in republic Mass Media (OFFICE, Business Newspaper, Economic Survey,
Aquarelle) focusing on women problems, development of women leadership and
entrepreneurship, also Women Movement development and civic society. The
author of collection “Successful Business Stories” mentioned also the stories
of 17 women. Big experience in education of basic
entrepreneurship and organization of own business, as the main factor of
women traffic prevention. Took direct part in education of 1800s of women in Experience in
promotion of different programs on family and women problems, in realizing
International projects USAID (NEWBIZNET, BIZPRO) more than 5 years and “New
perspectives for Women” Project, WI (USAID) 1,5 year, in realizing of Canada
Fund, Soros Foundation, and Eurasia Foundation Grants, Global Fund for Women. Good contacts with Governmental structures:
Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Labor and Social Defense, Ministry of
Education, Employment Agency, with the local Government structures and Employment
Centers in the regions of Close
collaboration with various women organizations: “Women and Society”(Edinet),
“Women – Equal Partner”(Hincesti), Association of Women from Gagauzia
(Comrat), Association of Business Women from Drocia, Association of Agro
sector (Riscani), “EcoFamBus” (Brinzeni), Association of Social Defense for
Women (Chisinau) and etc. |
