activities of SMEs: Selected Examples - AREL
is an SME currently developing two projects –namely wind generator and
portable high capacity battery-, for which R&D consultancy and project
preparation activities are undertaken to receive funds from TUBITAK (The
Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). Responsibility for
managing and implementing R&D, activities and managing financial,
organizational issues and co operational activities with TUBITAK and KOSGEB (Small
and Medium Industry Development Organization) - KAMAK is an SME that develops an R&D project –CNC welding machine-,
for which R&D consultancy and project preparation activities are
undertaken to receive funds from TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological
Research Council of Turkey). Responsibility for managing and implementing
R&D, activities and managing financial, organizational issues and co
operational activities with TUBITAK and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Industry
Development Organization) Member of KUSAI Project: Networks, Industry Clusters and Innovation (KUSAI):
The Case of Machinery and Furniture Sectors in the Greater Region of Ankara: This
project is aimed at examining the origins, the nature and the structure of
networks formed among producers in the furniture and machinery sectors
located in the greater region of Ankara, two sectors that are of particular
