                       11 of June 1959, Ibanesti, Mures, Romania

3. EDUCATION:            

·        1967 – 1974, I finished the Primary School in Hodac village, Mures, Romania

·        1974 – 1978, I graduated at the “Unirea” Highschool in Targu Mures, Romania

·        1980 – 1985, I graduated at the Faculty of Law at the “Babes – Bolyai” University in Cluj Napoca, Romania

 

4. ACADEMIC PREPARATION:

·        Between October 1999 and July 2000, I followed a training program concerning didacting preparation at the “Petru Maior” University

·        Between the 1st of June 2005 and the 1st of July 2005, I attended the Erasmus mobility teaching program at the Lecce University in Italy

·        From the 15th of September 2005 until 1st of October 2005, I participated at the Erasmus mobility teaching program

·        On the 1st of October 2006, I starter the post university study concerning “International Affairs and European Business” (“Relatii internationale si afaceri Europene”) at the “Petru Maior” University

·        The General Theory of Law

·        Environmental Law

·        The Deontology of the Public Civil Servant

·        The public presentation of the “Juridical reign of the forest” Thesis took place in May 2002. It was confirmed by the National Council of University Certificates, Diplomas and Titles Attestation during the meeting that took place on the 1st of October 2002

 

9. RELEVANT LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:

·        From March 2002 until  December 2004 I was the Head of the Scientific Secretary of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Administrative Sciences at the “Petru Maior” University of Targu Mures, Romania

·        Starting December 2004 I am the Scientific Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Administrative Sciences at the “Petru Maior” University of Targu Mures, Romania

 

10. AWARDED DEGREES:

·        Associate professor at the “Petru Maior” University starting the year 2002

 

11. HONOURS AND AWARDS:

·        Awarded with “Cum Laudae” by the Ministry of Education for my Doctoral Thesis

·        4 books and 5 University courses in my field of knowledge

·        Over 40 articles and scientific publications in Romania and other countries
