Description of the orientation of your research activities	Describing and researching an economic structure that is built on virtue ethical foundations, which is another paradigm of values than utilitarian ethics.
Thesises	Main hypothesis: When the way of thinking of human actors changes, the economic structure, built on it, will change, too. The virtue ethical way of thinking (Based on Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas, Maslow, Rogers, MacIntyre, etc.) involves different definitions of some economic notions, like self interest, profit, well-being, hierarchy of values, goal and tool settings, motivations, other than defined in a utilitarian paradigm in the mainstream economics. An economic thinking based on the virtue ethical value system, would claim that the goal of the economic activity is the common good, the profit serves as a tool for it, and the economy is “three dimensioned”, where values like justice, equity, solidarity, cooperation, sustainability, environment protection, etc. play a substantial role based on their intrinsic values. The self interest which is the drive of the economic activity is the “objective self interest” (Eric Fromm), where the basic needs of the humans involve the well-being of the others, as well. These hypotheses will be examined in an empirical research on organization level, in the frame of a basically quantitative research.  The research is based on existing empirical questionnaires in the realm of motivations, organization culture, organization theory. The economic theories built up in the theses, are mainly deriving from the “Church’s Social Teaching (CST) of the Catholic Church.
Remarks	I would be glad to receive articles of empirical questionnaires reg. “organizational common good” /  “real” CSR, where CSR is goal and not the tool for profit maximizing.
